My work with clients builds on years of learning, during which I have been blessed with experiences and teachers who have shaped who I am and what I offer in my practice. Mothering as a single mother has been my most outstanding teacher. My clients and students are also my profound guides. The earth, the feminine, and life itself continually offer me wisdom and a sense of grounding. Beauty, alongside pain and suffering, has provided me with the deepest sustenance and guidance on this path.

My Southern roots profoundly shape my work. The faith teachings of my mother and the spiritual exploration and empowerment from my father, combined with the kindness, gentleness, and spirited nature of Southern folk and mountains, have been constant teachers.

After 30 years in California — a land of entrepreneurs, earthquakes, and vast potential — I’ve returned to the South, reclaiming my heritage and lineage and bringing with me all my medicine learned from and working in the Bay Area. Here, I stand in the land of preachers, teachers, healers, herbalists, and farmers — coming full circle.

My work is rooted in lived experience and deep reverence for life, soul, and the body. I offer soulful mentorship and transformational guidance with heart, presence, and truth.
