What is "In The Field"?
We’ll learn and practice together, and you'll get spot coaching facilitated by Catherine. Each session may include teaching, a guided journey, embodiment exercises, and homework practices. Each session will be unique as we work with the material most current in your life through “spot” coaching. Additionally, each participant will have access to online recordings of the sessions and an online journal for sharing reflections between meetings.Â
Every session will be uniquely created by Catherine, in collaboration with the participants, and tailored to the specific teachings for that group. Join a unique group of people gathered in one place for one season, exploring what connects us all in this journey of growth and transformation.

CONNECTION
“In The Field” will focus on connection with oneself, one another, the earth, and the universal “field.” You’ll benefit from learning from one another, something my clients have been asking for a long time (I heard you!)Â

DEEPENING
“In The Field” enables us to address topics and challenges that arise in one-on-one sessions in a more meaningful way. We get to work together to delve into teachings that I don’t have time for in 1:1 work.

EMBODIED LEARNING
We’ll be working at the sensation and energetic level to address and move the patterns that are keeping you stuck. That involves learning to be present, open, soft, and receptive to life. We’ll work to eliminate and reduce anything that prevents us from transforming.Â
